EZScore Sleep Stager
Subscription automatically renewed monthly
AASM-Style Sleep Staging from CGX Patch EEG: Converts two-channel forehead EEG into standard sleep-stage outputs: Wake, N1, N2, N3, and REM.
Explicit Artifact Classification: Identifies noisy or unreliable EEG segments and labels them as ART instead of forcing them into a sleep stage.
Optional Multimodal Context: Synchronizes overlapping SpO₂, heart rate, movement, posture, and light exposure data when available.
Interactive Report and CSV Export: Generates an interactive HTML report and a per-epoch CSV file for downstream analysis.
Fast Local Processing: Processes overnight recordings locally, typically within minutes.
EZScore is an automated sleep staging plug-in designed for CGX Patch EEG. It uses machine learning to classify each 30-second EEG epoch into AASM-style sleep stages: Wake, N1, N2, N3, and REM. An additional ART class explicitly identifies noisy or unreliable EEG segments that should not be interpreted as valid sleep-stage data.
EEG remains the core signal for sleep staging. When companion data are available, EZScore automatically aligns overlapping recording windows and adds synchronized context such as SpO₂, heart rate, movement, posture, and light exposure. This allows researchers to interpret EEG-defined sleep architecture alongside relevant physiological and environmental signals.
Traditional polysomnography relies on multi-channel recordings, technician setup, and manual scoring. EZScore brings automated AASM-style staging into a simpler wearable EEG workflow, making it well suited for at-home, longitudinal, and high-throughput sleep research.
Indications for Use: Not a medical device. For research use only.
